What we do with what you send.

The waitlist

When you join the waitlist we keep your name, your email, the answers you chose, any note you wrote, and the date. We use them for one thing: to tell you when Hearthline opens for orders, and to plan for the kinds of books people want. We do not sell or share them. They are stored in a database run for us by Cloudflare, our hosting provider.

To be removed, email [email protected] and we will delete your entry.

This website

This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from other websites. Like any website, our hosting provider handles the technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse.

Family information

When orders open, the family information you send for a book will be used only to make your book. We will publish full terms, including how long we keep your files, before we take any order.
